To provide financial assistance to needy individuals as well as to educational, charitable and religious organizations worldwide.

Yeshiva is a religious post high school program that dedicates itself to not only providing our students with a warm and family oriented environment but also a long lasting connection to their teachers and mentors that will continue to guide them through life. Although there are an abundance of programs catering to the religious post high school students many of these programs have been mainstreamed in our modern generation and therefore, we feel have overlooked some of the "basics" of connecting their course material and teaching practices with their students. The founder of Yeshiva , Rabbi Moshe Anshel Bienstock has had 25 years in teaching experience and after seeing this gap in the system was compelled to offer a better program to these students. Rabbi Bienstock was well equipped to do so after teaching in Mir Yerushlayim for the last 7 years and received Semicha from Rav Zalman Nechemia and Rav Shemai Gross. He designed Yeshiva

The corporation ( ) is organized and shall be operated exclusively for and charitable purposes and not for pecuniary profit or financial gain. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the corporation shall promote the Roman Catholic Faith by aiding and assisting in the dissemination of Faith-based beliefs, information, materials, and items through such means including, but not limited to, the circulation, donation and sales of , educational, and Faith-related materials and items; the conducting, hosting and sponsoring of Faith-based classes, discussions, meetings, events and website; the encouragement and support of vocations to the Roman Catholic priesthood, diaconate and life; and the promotion and support of such other activities and organizations conducted consistent with the teachings of the Magisterium of the Roman Catholic Church.

THE OVMF FUNDS COSTS FOR YOUNG ADULTS TO PARTICPATE IN THE TELOS GAMMA PROJECT. THIS PROJECT IS AN INITIATIVE FOR YOUNG ADULTS THAT PROVIDES EDUCATION, RESOURCES, MENTORING, RETREATS, ONLINE WEBINARS TO EXPLORE ENERGIZE YOUNG ADULT ENGAGEMENT IN GREEK CHURCHES IN THE METROPOLIS OF CHICAGO. FIVE PARISHES PARTICIPATE, WITH ABOUT 30 YOUNG ADULTS IN THE LEADERSHIP TRAINING.

A JEWISH TO IMPART TEACHINGS OF TORAH IN UNIQUE WAYS SUCH AS MUSIC, TEACHINGS, TRIPS, ETC.

To promote the principles of the Jewish religion and Judaism, by establishing a synagogue as a place of Jewish worship as well as a place of study of the laws and books of the Jewish faith.

TO PURSUE A PROGRAM OF SUPPORTING CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)3 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, AS AMENDED (THE "CODE") AND TO LEND ART TO MUSEUMS, EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND PUBLIC EXHIBITION FACILITIES.

To provide a conduit in Jewish Education and Outreach to those seeking to know more about the Jewish faith.

To promote the practice and observance of the Jewish faith, to inspire and strengthen feelings of Jewish pride, and to explore Jewish heritage and literature through outreach and educational programs.

CHARITABLE GRANTMAKING TO RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS

TO PROTECT THE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT OF PARENTS TO CHOOSE THAT THEIR CHILDREN RECEIVE THE INTENSIVE RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION AND ACADEMIC PROGRAMS OFFERED AT YESHIVAS AND TO PROTECT THE RIGHT FOR THE INSTITUTION TO EXIST AS RELIGIOUS SCHOOLS, ENSURING THE CONTINUITY OF THE TRADITION AND JEWISH IDENTITY.

The organization will make gifts and grants to tax-exempt educational, religious, and other charitable institutions, including qualified schools, colleges, art organizations. All recipients must be Section 501(c)(3), 170(c)(1) or (2) organizations.
